Ray Rieder
"The Gaps Within Us; The Gaps Between us."
Ray Rieder has a background in public health, women’s empowerment, and human rights. She has worked at the intersection of these spaces around the world, including in Nepal, Jordan, Chile, Ghana, Tanzania and in her home country of the United States. Ray appreciates science, nature, and most forms of art. She has a stellar sense of direction and likes to run long distances but is not particularly fast. Ray is passionate about food, and enjoys making it, eating it, and sharing it with others.
The Gaps Within Us; The Gaps Between Us
Through her lifelong love of baking, Ray Rieder was awakened to a new perspective of how society saw her, and of how she saw herself. Ray shares her journey to self-awareness and self-acceptance and asks us to extend more empathy to one another.
