Matty is a chartered mechanical engineer with nine years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His experience ranges from technical delivery of mechanical equipment through to management and finished with work in decommissioning before he left the sector. He is an alumnus of London Business School graduated in July 2019.

Matty Dixon's talk will guide us through his personal experiences of living with depression and why he believes sharing is crucial to management of the state. He believes that the condition is misunderstood and as such is not treated as well as it could be within society.
