Andi Frkovich, an LBS alumnus and a former Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, seeks to dispel stereotypes of veterans as ‘rigid’ or ‘overly obedient’ by explaining how military training and culture teaches service members to think critically and cultivate agility, especially in chaotic situations. In doing so, she also hopes to share some valuable lessons that can be applied in daily life.
